Privacy Policy
RevQuicken ("we," "us," or "our") operates revquicken.com and the RevQuicken application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our Service.
1. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level security to ensure each user can only access their own data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you create an account.
- Property and pipeline data: Property addresses, tenant information, deal stage, notes, and any other data you choose to import or enter into the Service. This data belongs to you.
- Billing information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details — Stripe handles this on our behalf.
- Usage data: Anonymized, cookie-free analytics (page views, feature usage) collected via Plausible Analytics. No personal identifiers are tracked.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
- To respond to support requests sent to support@revquicken.com.
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services (sub-processors) to operate RevQuicken. Where a feature transmits data you provide, we share only what is needed for that feature to function:
- Supabase — Database and authentication (privacy policy)
- Stripe — Payment processing (privacy policy)
- Anthropic and/or OpenAI — AI features. When you use AI research, pipeline analysis, or drafting, the relevant property, contact, and pipeline context you provide is sent to the AI provider to generate a response (Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Apollo.io and Hunter.io — Contact enrichment. When you run a contact lookup, the property/company/name details for that lookup are sent to retrieve business contact information.
- Regrid — Parcel and property-ownership data. When you run a parcel lookup, the property address or coordinates are sent to retrieve public parcel records.
- Google Maps Platform — Mapping, geocoding, and location features (privacy policy)
- Resend — Delivery of transactional and alert emails.
- Plausible Analytics — Cookieless, GDPR-compliant analytics (privacy policy)
- Netlify — Website hosting (privacy policy)
Under the API terms of our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), data you submit through the Service is not used to train their models. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies
RevQuicken does not use tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track users across sites. We store your authentication session in your browser's localStorage solely to keep you signed in.
6. Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update or correct your account information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data. Email us at support@revquicken.com to do so.
- Portability: Export your property data at any time using the built-in Excel export feature.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and pipeline data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
RevQuicken is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
