Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevQuicken ("we," "us," or "our") at revquicken.com and the RevQuicken application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RevQuicken is a pipeline mapping and deal management tool built for commercial real estate brokers. The Service allows you to import property data, visualize it on an interactive map, track outreach stages, and manage your pipeline.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using RevQuicken, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@revquicken.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- RevQuicken is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) with a free trial period.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all property data, notes, and pipeline information you enter into RevQuicken. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export your data at any time using the built-in Excel export, and request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by RevQuicken and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevQuicken and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service creates legal or security risks. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
